Your Colleague John was highly attentive to my Wife's needs because she is somewhat disabled. He was knowledgeable of the type of product we were looking for and took us to the part of the store where these type of beds were on display. she was able to try the bed and John demonstrated the controls to her. He made everything seem easy and was patient with our needs and made us feel very at ease

I suffer with back problems and the staff were very helpful in showing me the firm and extra firm beds. They gave us time alone to try the beds and weren't intimidating or pushy. The layout was easy to follow and prices clearly displayed. Once we'd decided which bed we'd like to offer the staff were once again on hand to help us complete the purchase. The whole experience was great and I'll definitely recommend and be purchasing future items from Dreams!

Staff were very friendly and quick to serve which was great. As it was a bank holiday there was extra savings which was fantastic as I was buying a new mattress for my first home

JASON WHO SORTED ME (I SAY THAT AS THAT IS WHAT HE DID) AFTER HAVING A MAJOR STROKE I AM VERY EMBARRASED AS I GET VERY MUDDLE SOMETIMES JASON WAS SO KIND & PATIENT WITH ME , WITHOUT BEING CONDESENDING OR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING ABOUT WHY ONE MATTRESS WOULD NOT SUIT MY NEEDS AND ANOTHER WOULD BE BETTER SUITED I REALLY CANT THANK HIM ENOUGH. MAY I ALSO ADD THE MANAGER WAS GREAT AND SO WAS THE LADY SERVING A CUSTOMER AT THE DESK NEXT TO US BUT JASON DESERVES A 100 PLUS MARKS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
