The store was well laid out and we were able to test as many different mattresses as we wanted to. The salesman had a good level of knowledge and asked appropriate questions so that he was able to advise us on the type of product that was likely to suit us. There was no pressure to buy and the salesman was there when we needed him but allowed us to take our time making up our minds.

From the minute we came in store we were treated with respect and dignity.....being disabled this was especially important to us. We had a wonderful salesperson (Amanda).....who answered all our questions and showed us untold patience. She was very professional but friendly and polite as well....most impressive. The product we chose was delivered on time by nice polite and very obliging delivery staff......Perfect. The item itself is beautiful and well made .....utter quality at an affordable price. All in all choosing and buying our new bed was a dream.

Mandy listened to what we wanted and showed us many options. We were greeted and asked if we would like any drinks, which was great as we were both parched. After testing the beds, we were then asked if we want to try the tempur pillows. They were great too so we added a couple of them to our order. The overall experience of spending so much money wasn't as painful as it could have been.

Mandy (Dreams Basildon) was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, understanding and knowledgeable. She took time to listen to my health story and then catered my conditions and needs to suitable beds. She seemed to want to sell me the best she could instead of just selling any old bed to make money as other stores have done to me in the past. VERY satisfied overall and I will recommend Mandy to everyone.
