Dreams - New Basildon

The sales assistant took time to understand our needs and our budget. We were shown a few options and found the bed, mattress and price that suited us best.

The assistant of the store was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and approachable and not at all pushy

The sales assistant was very helpful as I didn't know exactly what I wanted with regards to the mattress. He was friendly and knowledgable

The ed purchased was for my disabled brother, Kerry went out of her way to allow my brother to choose the best bed for him. Also giving a bottle of water on a very hot day.

i suffer with a very bad back so chooseing a new mattress has been stressfull . But meeting Amander at dreams store in basildon helped me finaly find what i hope to be the right mattress for me with her patients and understanding and humour !..I was offerd drinks and afta trying different pillows while testing mattresses i took a pillow to help my neck .again thanx to Amanda and the rest of the staff they were all so friendly .

The assistants were very friendly and understood my needs. They even offered to show me around the other products they stock, along with taking the time to educate me on the latest materials used in mattresses, along with informing me as to the benefits of each type of mattress available. This helped me to find the right one for me and my partner. Very helpful for what would've otherwise been a confusing visit to purchase an item I have no knowledge about.

This is my third purchase in Dreams in as many months. Everytime I have been so impressed with the level of service. This visit was no exception. Tony stood out from the others. Super impressed with him - couldn't do enough to help - even though due to sickness from other staff he was on his own. I will always return to Dreams but from now on will hope that it is Tony that serves me. Excellent service and total customer satisfaction. Thank you

The manager of the store was in the shop on his own as staff called in sick ,he made every customer happy in the shop making sure that people walking in the store know he would be with them shortly,and adviced them on the best product for them ,it was busy in the store and he helped everyone out ,without any customer walking out unhappy ,great customer service
