Tony, the lovely gentlemen who went out of his way to help us was fantastic. His customer service was brilliant eventhough he was the only one in the store he managed the needs of everyone without a fault. My partner and I were very impressed with his service and he went above and beyond what was necessary to help us.

We were served by Tony, he was very professional but with a friendly approach. We were not rushed or pushed into anything. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Tony made us feel very welcome and at ease to make our choice and change it as we wanted to. We were offered a cup of tea while we decided which we didn’t have but appreciated the offer. It appeared he was alone in the store which turned out fine as we were the only ones there however I’m sure there must be times when another assistant may be needed.

Calm atmosphere and no pressure 'sales talk' even though store was about to close so was able to take our time in making a decision about purchases. An overall very pleasant experience and would highly recommend to ALL we know. Would certainly return in the future as/when we need to. Special mention to the lady-Mandy-who we initially saw, but unfortunately wasn't present the next day when we made our final decision on purchases. She was very helpful! As was the gentleman who finalised our purchases.

Jason was ready and quick to help he had excellent product knowledge and did not mind that I couldn’t make my mind up about a new mattress so he explained all the different types to me

Great service and guidance

I had been suffering from back problems from sleepless nights on my old mattress. on entering the store I was immediately offered assistance by Mandy who showed me various orthopedic mattresses and allowed me to try them. When I decided which to purchase she quickly dealt with the paperwork and offered me a hot drink. She was friendly and helpful.

Very helpful sales assistance but left us to check out the beds and mattresses.

John your employees opening comment or question was can i get you a hot or cold drink? What an excellent start! He then made himself continually available for any product information we required whilst maintaining a discreet distance so that we did not feel pressurised. He gauged for himself which product we would most likely be interested in, and then discreetly checked its availability. A genial salesman if there ever was one!!
