Sales Asst. (Tony) was very clear and knew the products I was looking for. He was also not pushy and allowed me to decide in my own time,

As soon as I entered the store I was aware of staff being alert but not pushy. I was approached at the right time and was immediately given all the information I required and more. When I finally chose what I wanted all the relevant information was at hand and the sale went smoothly. During the sale my wife and I was offered coffee which was much appreciated

We were highly satisfied with out visit to dreams, staff were very attentive and offered help on more than one occasion. Tony and John were in store, we had our order places very quickly and detail was spot on. I am very pleased and would recommend other people to the store!

Very satisfied as soon as we walked in asked us what we were looking for showed us some beds and left us to find the one we were looking for and always on hand if we had any questions.

Jason knew exactly what I was talking about and what i was looking for he had a great depth of knowledge of all the mattresses I looked at. He was able to guide me without pressurising me. He answered all of my questions.

Tony was very helpful and had loads of time for us.

Your staff were most helpful and informative. We were allowed to try the bed for comfort and observe the good quality and standard. We would not hesitate to recommend the store as it had plenty of products to choose from and we were told of various options open to us and given the time to spend in our choice. I explained to the salesman that I had trouble sleeping on my current mattress as too hard, he advised the best mattresses for side sleepers, also advised against mattresses with the tops that could make me feel uncomfortable if I didn't like getting too hot in summer months
