Dreams - New Basildon

I was highly satisfied with my recent visit to my local dreams store as i was greeted politely and dealt with efficiently. I knew exactly what i wanted and the assistant was extremely helpful in the step by step process of the transaction

As soon as I entered the store Jason the assistant came towards me. He was extremely helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. As I m on my own. It's wonderful to find sales assistances you can feel comfortable with and who you can relate with. Anne Barnes

Jason provided just the right amount of service - not intrusive but gave us all the information we needed to make our choice of mattress.

The store had the right product I was looking. The ease of ordering, the price and accommodating with the fact that I need it stored till later in the month. The fact that no pressure was put on us when approached by a sales person. The dreams colleague who served us was Mandy.

Friendly knowledgeable staff with great customer service

I had very little time on Saturday and I knew what I needed (a 4ft bed for my daughter). The assistant (Jason) approached me immediately, showed me the options which although limited were both excellent. He then proceeded to let me know the colours and offers available, the benefits of the mattress topper, the delivery and assembly and insurance options which I was more than happy to accept. We then matched the bed with a suitable headboard in Mocha which we were limited to for size of room and I was in and out within 40 mins, which was fab. Without being "pushy" Jason was very knowledgable about the products and offers and I left really pleased and excited for my daughter, who will be the lucky recipient of the bed. Well done Jason!!

My needs were catered in a professional manner and in full disclosure. No false promises were made about delivery schedules and alternate suggestions were made to make my stay comfortable in UK as I had just landed with nothing to sleep on. Really appreciated all the help from my family especially my 2 year old daughter who is sleeping like an angel on the mattress I purchased at Dreams.
