John the store assistant was informed and supportive, patient and amenable. made me feel good about shopping in store.

Shop floor had an easy layout and I found the bed I wanted upon entrance Store was clean and tidy Staff were on hand and extremely helpful

Extremely helpful and understanding lady, Mandy, helped us throughout the decision and purchase.

We were extremely pleased the assistant was able to explain all the mattresses and answer our queries.

I was served by Tony at Dreams in Basildon Westgate he was extremely friendly and gave me a lot of knowledge on mattress are choose. The customer service as soon has arrived in store was really lovely and he approached in a really professional manner. I will return to store and ask for Tony again. Many Thanks Deanna
