Jason was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. He was honest and very knowledgable of the products he was selling. The bed and mattress are great quality and I look forward to receiving my order first hand next week. I was able to secure the date and time slots for delivery as well which was a great help! Mandy who served us was extremely helpful. she took her time and talked us through all options of the bed we was looking at, as we were very nervous of purchasing a bed at that price.

They made our family feel welcomed. Knew about the mattresses, show us demo. Even got a cup of tea. Nice friend down to earth people.

The shop assistant (Jason) was very helpful and gave advice about the best kind of mattress for its intended use. Was helpful but also gave us space to make a decision. The ordering process was efficient and easy.

It was a fantastic services from the minute I walked through the door. Mandy greeted us and asked if we needed any help, at this point we were just looking so kindly declined. After looking around for a while we approached Mandy again and she was extremely helpful even offering us a cup of tea while we looked round. She could answer every question that we had and made us feel very comfortable.

I found the perfect bed very quickly and Tony who served us was very friendly and was straight over to help as soon as he heard us speaking about the bed. He explained everything I needed to know about it and served quickly and efficiently. It was overall an easy and good experience thanks to him.
