Mandy our sales women really took the time to understand what we wanted and gave us so many options to try until we found exactly what we needed. It was relaxed and didn't feel any pressure to purchase.

We purchased a mattress in 2015, unfortunately it developed a defect and was inspected by Homeserve who confirmed the defect. Dreams were very good and agreed to credit the value of the original mattress against a new one, unfortunately this mattress had been discontinued???? We have had a bad experience with the pillow top mattress that we originally purchased and did not want another one, however the choice of "conventional mattresses" was poor, we therefore were forced to opt for a memory foam mattress at a significantly higher price. When we visited we were dreading it, but the sales assistant Tony was fantastic, very helpful, very experienced and knew the system for crediting the old item for new, the whole experience turned into a pleasure (apart from the extra expenditure) due to his knowledge and personality, he is most certainly a credit to Dreams. A visit that we were dreading ended with us leaving the shop with a smile on our faces!

The person who helped me, John, was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying a bed or a mattress and had no idea what types of mattresses there were or what to choose. John helped me in every aspect and explained things and the differences between the different types of mattresses and showed me ones that he believed would be suitable for my needs. He didnt pressure me into buying something which is what i really like. I cant stand these shops you go in to just to look around and you get the shop workers really pressuring you to purchase something, John wasnt like that at all and i did appreciate that aspect very much.
