Greeted by Kerry who was helpful,pleasant and not pushy. She knew the products and advised us based on our needs. encouraged us to try out any beds we wanted. supplied a drink and then gave us space and time to discuss.

I found all the sales staff friendly and helpful with a plentiful supply of coffee, which was welcoming. There seemed no pressure for me to buy other than my own desire to identify the bed I was looking for. There were three sales staff Kerry, Louise and a gentleman, can’t think of his name....but what is important is that they worked as a team to achieve my purchase. All in all, I could not have wished for a more welcoming approach. The Dream Team indeed.

Louise was very helpful. She gave us plenty of time to look at the mattresses & came over periodically to see if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable & helpful in making our decisions. A brilliant & seamless shopping experience.

My fiancé and I were looking for an ideal bed for our new marital home. On our first visit , we met John who was very gracious in his approach (at the time, we had no idea about the various matesses and bed options available). He took the time to explain to us what would be best suited to us (we have him the dimensions of our room). We arrived 30 minutes before he store closed on that particular occasion but he didn't hurry us or act as though we were a disturbance. We told him we would be coming back the following week and true to ou word, we did. Our second visit was as great as our first but this time we came in the middle of the day so had more time to explore. John was on his lunch break when we arrived but we were greeted by Tony who kindly got us both some water and began to show us around after we told him all we had learnt from John on our previous visit. As we are nearly newlyweds, the cost of a wedding, honeymoon and home is not cheap but we were really helped to stay within a budget (we went a little over but know it will be worth it) We appreciate the help we received.

Staff very efficient and helpful great time on delivery in stock computers a bit slow but it was a Monday except for that really good service all round from John jelly and Tony great bunch of staff

On entering the store the assistant greated us and put us in the direction of what we were looking for on approach to her she was very helpful she helped us choose the right bed fram and head board to suit our needs we were very impressed with the way she served us and where very delighted that we didn't have to wait long for our delivery. The service provided by Tony was excellent and we were able to find the mattress that best suited us in our price range

Upon entering the store myself and my partner were greeted quickly and asked if we needed any assistance. I showed the salesman the frame I had picked out online and asked if it would be possible to have this delivered along with a mattress if I picked one today. He very kindly checked to see if the frame was available for delivery and it was. We then began trying mattresses, the salesman also gave us pillows that suited how we slept so we could really tell if the mattress was comfy enough for us. He explained the different types of mattresses and let us try a few. My partner and I were unsure of which mattress to go for, an at this point the store manager explained to us the differences between the two we were looking at. This helped us make our decision and proceed with the sale. I feel we had excellent service from these two gentlemen and would happily shop here again.
