Kerry the sales assistant catered to my needs and listened to what I wanted. Extremely friendly and made spending loads of money that little less dreadful :)

I called the store before hand to see if they had any mattreses that I could buy and take away the same day and spoke to John from the Basildon store and he was very helpful so I poped down to the store on arrival there was John with a smile on his face and happy to help he was brilliant sorted me out a great mattress and even helped bring it out to my van and load it on I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel as John went out his way to help me and give such a good service I feel it’s only right I let you guys no what a wonderful employee you have will always recommend friends to come to your store A+++++

Very impressed with our visit to the Basildon showroom today.The lovely sales lady Jenny helped us find just the bed we were looking for at the right price.She was very imformative and Patient with my wife and and myself both OAP's. Tony the store manager gave us a rundown on the company and how and where the beds were produced. We were offered either tea or coffee during our visit which i thought was a nice touch. Thank you Dreams.

Mandy was helpful from the start and knowledgable of the products on offer.

Kerry, the assistant, knew the types of mattress that would suit my needs and directed me to try them. She also knew prices and other products linked in with the sale....sorted!

Mandy was really friendly and happy to help, she showed us the memory foam matteress we were after, we were also offered tea and coffee. We was made to feel really comfortable.

Mandy (Amanda) in store was very helpful and gave me her honest opinion of the products. She wasn't pushy at all and it felt as if I was placing an order with a 'normal' person/genuine customer.
