We were fiarly well decided on the bed we canted before going to the store. But the manager Anthony was very helpful in showing us the bed we were interested in and explaining the various base storage options for. He dealt with ur order in a friendly and helpful manner and didn't try to persuade us to consider other more expensive beds.

Sales assistant was very helpful showed me and explained differences in the mattresses explained everything about how to keep mattress clean helped with bed frame as well took time to explain all aspects of purchase how if not satisfied with mattress how I am able to exchange for like for like or if dearer to pay difference.

We were dealt with by the Store Manager, he was very knowledgeable about the product available and advised accordingly. He offered us hot drinks which we gladly accepted. Overall a pleasant experience.
