Your sales assistant Jenny was excellent, very helpful, knowledgeable and patient, in fact my wife and I agreed she was one of the best sales people we had dealt with. Also noted a good camaraderie between the staff on duty and a good selection of products to choose from.

Mandy was very pleasant coming over to see us! Although she was very busy we didn't feel rushed and she answered all of our questions! She offered us tea and coffee and went through everything so we understood it fully!

Very good customer care from assistant Jason. But obviously still waiting for our delivery So unable to give full feedback so once received will be in position to do so

I liked the range of products available to choose from. The labelling of the mattresses regarding comfort was clear and trying them was no problem. We were not rushed into making a decision. The staff were very knowledgeable regarding the products on display and could answer all my questions as well as giving me further insights into the products. A very pleasant experience

Jason gave us his un divided attention. Explained all the items and how to get the best use out of them. Explained the options available and guided us in our decision in buying our new bed etc. We originally only went into dreams for a mattress and came out having purchased a bed, four drawers, two pillows a mattress cover and were given a free travel pillow. We were also offered a drink while making our choices. Jason displayed excellence customer service.

The staff were very helpful and we're all in very high spirits. Jason was particularly helpful as he knew exactly where the type of mattresses we were looking for were in the store and could explain the difference in the mattress types.
