My visit was just as normal. When Inentered the store it was good. As it was well cleaned and well displayed all products like beds and mattress. Which made me to try and feel the quality of products. Well trained colleagues and good customer service made me to take decision to make purchase. Welldone to Jenny

John greeted us as we arrived and allowed us time to browse and select our purchase. He was then available to answer any questions we had and place our order for us. In all a very pleasant transaction.

We were seen to very quickly by friendly staff & the options were clearly explained to us when purchasing our new bed.

I was looking for a firm mattress as my hubby had knee replacement. It was between 2 that i chose The staff were helpful. Jenny, Tony and John who kindly tested the mattress for me to see if it was firm.

Tony was very helpful from knowledge of bed and the insurances can take out as well as helping out with an online order placed.

Great customer service, explained what we needed & they found the perfect bed for us. this is our 2nd dreams bed & are very happy with everything.

John of Basildon store was very knowledgable and extremely patient while we made our selection. He was always in eyeshot but did not interfere while we made our decision trying all the beds that appealed to us. He makes a good cup of tea, we felt very comfortable in the store. Dreams has the largest selection of quality beds in the area, as decent retailers of beds has slowly diminished over the years, certainly since we last bought a new bed. We enjoyed our experience choosing a mattress which was the hardest part but John's experience narrowed it down a lot, we thought it would have been more difficult, so much choice but plenty to suit most budgets. Will recommend Basildon Dreams store to all. Thanks John.
