We had already decided which product we wanted on a previous visit when purchasing a bed for my Mother in Law, it was still available, so the ordering process was a simple matter, and was dealt with quickly and efficiently by Jason.

Good customer service guy was friendly and helped us choose the right choice

The assistant was very helpful. He gave us time to look and wasn’t too pushy but came back in order to give us more information when needed.

Friendly staff - made us both a cup of coffee while we were being dealt with.

I was pleased that we were not 'jumped on' as soon as we entered the store. Obviously the salesman could see we were seriously interested in a mattress and chose an appropriate time to see if we needed assistance. We gave information whereby he selected 3 mattresses that met that need and then left us to decide.

Well looked after by the assistant who knew the products she was selling.

The friendliness of the servers

Assistant was very helpful, even got a cup of coffee. Did not feel at all pressured. Only disappointing thing was that we had read about having old mattress removed free of charge but were charged £38 instead.

I went to the store with my partner and 3 children. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I particularly liked that the beds were all colour coded according to their mattress type e.g pocket spring = green. I will definitely go to dreams when I buy a new bed for myself.

Kerry was so very helpful, and she was very thorough in her questions and her answers. A very likable person and we would talk to her again.
