I was greeted by 2 members of staff, I instructed them that I was not there to buy at the time but rather test different mattresses so that I may know which kind to get. Both of them were very kind and offered me support as I went through trying out different beds, I was not pushed into buying at the time and I was given all the information on deals that were ongoing.

We had no idea what sort of bed we were looking for and we were welcomed by a very friendly lady who was full of information, she listened to our needs then explained the different types of beds, made us coffee , brought us pillows then left us to try the different beds before coming back to answer any questions we had

I was highly satisfied with the way my husband and I were treated I found that AMANDA was very good @ her job and very patient. Yes we would visit your store again if we needed more bedding

because the assistant ask if I needed help when I first entered the store but I refused and wanted to look around by myself. There was no hard sell or pushyness on assistants part which I liked, but when I did need help in finding what I was looking for the assistant was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the sale.
