We were welcomed into the store but with but not over powered The staff were all friendly, listened to our inquiries. Jason Showed us potential beds to try and left us to explore. He briefly checked back now and again to check we were ok but again without hindering or pressuring us in a very professional manner. The purchasing of our goods was swift and easy with a good selection of delivery dates to choose from And the paper work etc fully explained

We where offered hot drinks, fully taken care of and had all of questions answered with confidence.

From the moment I entered, staff were very friendly, not in an obtrusive way but I was made to feel they really wanted to help me. I went around the store with a member a staff, where they pointed out different options, allowed me to try out different items, until I had make a decision. Was offered a cup of tea whilst doing paperwork. The staff member went out of her way to make sure the item I wanted be available as it wasn’t coming up on her computer. Although the delivery date is longer than I wanted,as waiting for stock. I was very happy with the service I was given. Thank you.

We were greeted by Jason who asked us what we were looking for and he guided us to the area that suited our needs. Jason explained about the products and invited us to take our time in trying out all the mattresses. We were offered a cup of coffee. We were left to try out the mattresses and he was attentive to assist us when we had questions, but also had the decency to give us privacy while we discussed and tried the mattresses out. He explained during the purchasing process about the guarantees and helped us to pick out suitable bed sheets and the protection sheets that we wanted. At no time did we feel pressured into purchasing an item. Jason was well versed in the products and we felt that we could trust his comments. All in all, a very positive experience and we are looking forward to receiving our new mattress.

Knowledge of sales assistant, Jason, was outstanding, he was not pushy but very helpful, patient and informative. He gave his recommendation to the information given for the purchase. He was very knowledgable and polite. Store was well laid out, only bad point was one mattress looked grubby.

We explained to a member of staff the type of mattress we wanted and found that we get a better night sleep on, and that wouldn't store a lot of body heat . and Jason was very helpful and showed us the best products that would be ideal for our requirements and after trying few mattresses out we found one that was just right and at a very reasonable price. After arranging a delivery that suited very well around our busy work schedules we got our mattress delivered and OMG- we haven't slept so good in a long while.now we wake up in the morning knowing we've slept good and not a sign of a backache. We are very happy with our purchase. and we are telling our friends and family how satisfied we are and we couldn't fault a thing. Thank you for all the work you put in on giving us the best product that anyone could ask for and a great customer service.

Assistant very helpful without being pushy.

John was very helpful and knew his products giving me the information I needed. He gave me time to think without any feeling of being under pressure to buy

I was seen quickly and after explaining my requirements the assistant soon sorted it out.

Ages Benjamin was extremely helpful. We told her what we wanted and she was able to assist us and offered us refreshments which made the waiting time of going through everything a little easier
