The service on both visits was brilliant. Offered us tea and coffee on both occasions. No pressure when we said the first time we were going to go away and think. Sales service from team was very efficient and clearly explained.

For the discount we were given off of the super king size bed we wanted to buy.

Mandy was able to quickly identify similar products within my budget so I could compare different mattresses. I was impressed with her knowledge. I ended up buying a different one to what I had seen online. Mandy explained everything I need to know and made the ordering process a breeze.

We were impressed with the knowledge from both members of staff we dealt with (Jason & Richard). We spent quite some time in the store trying out the range of mattresses available. At no point did we feel pressured or rushed. We felt that the staff genuinely wanted us to choose the correct matress to suit our needs. The staff were friendly & patient throughout. An excellent service that we would not hesitate to both recommend and use again in the future.

Kerry was very experienced and explained all the products as the bed was for my grandson my daughter had given trying find one. I cannot thank kerry enough for her help
