I received a friendly welcome on my arrival at the store, my request for the purchase of the bed and mattress I had identified on line were efficiently shown and demonstrated. The order was completed to my satisfaction, while I pleased to enjoy the cup of tea I was offered. I would like to add that Agnes was very attentive helpful throughout the process.

Salesman was very attentive explaining everything to high satisfaction and could not do more to make our shopping experience any better than it was I give him top marks for his assistance in helping us choose our products.

Took out the insurance as it was excellent value for the cover offered - item delivered on time and put together by 2 very polite and efficient young men ( i would recommend paying the small charge to have a bed put together by the delivery men, especially for a large bed and heavy mattress) Overall highly satisfied with our purchase. john wiles

The staff at the Basildon branch were very knowledgable and friendly , not pushy in any way, ordering was quick and painless, I have yet to receive my new bed so can't comment on the quality and workmanship of the staff I am having putting the bed together, we were made a coffee while the order was being processed which was a nice touch, overall a pleasant experience.

My daughter has Downs Syndrome and we were purchasing a bed for her. The staff were very friendly and spoke to her as well as myself about her needs and choices. They took her disability into consideration and were patient and understanding and gave her time to decide without pressurizing her. After we completed the order both the sales assistant and the manager shook her hand and this impressed her so much that she was talking about it for the rest of the day! I cant praise and thank them enough for making it such a good experience for myself and especially my daughter.

I visited the store a couple of days before and the female assistant was really friendly and helpful and showed me a variety of products. I then revisited to make my purchase and a different assistant served me, again knowledgeable and friendly.
