Amanda was very helpful and knew the products very well and was able to guidance easily and without issue based on our needs and requirements.

Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions very well and we left with exactly what we wanted after a smooth, pleasant transaction.

I just bought my son a double bed and I was on a very tight budget (as a single mum) to purchase a mattress. Sales assistant understood my needs and showed me various options. I decided to possibly wait and save up for a mattress when I have a bigger budget so I could get a higher quality. I asked if sold ex display and assistant said he would check and said that they do have one. I'm very happy with the purchase, and if I had a bigger budget then I could of purchased a brand new sealed mattress. However the ex display is still great quality and I never see it as an issue that it's ex display. Assistant was very helpful and made my day with listening and understanding my needs. I was shocked to how great value Delivery charge is also - Highly satisfied

Agnes our assistant was friendly and helpful without being pushy.She offered us drinks and then took us to the appropriate area and explained about the mattresses we were interested in ,then left us to test out our choice.

Dreams contact - JASON - is a credit to your store ( it cost him £100 for me to say that!!!!! ), being cheerful, friendly, easy to talk to ( he had no choice! ) ready to share in some good humorous banter with us ( well, we thought it was humorous! ). Seriously though, there are salesmen who I would stuff the goods down their throats to stop all the bull they spout & their forceful manner to which I would retaliate to in kind ( just ask the wife! ), but pleased to advise that JASON was the complete opposite & we found him to be most pleasant, informative & knowledgeable on our purchased goods. Please advise him that I will forward my "bill for praises" in the very near future!!!! (ONLY KIDDING!!!!) - or am I................................

Initially I was not intending to buy on the day but I was pleasenly greeted by Agnes who took time to listen to my needs and assist me with any problems I might have ,she then offered me a drink and we continued to discuss my needs I asked her about the cold pillows which she then showed me and told me of there benifits , when I had decided what bed I would like she went on to process my order and again asked if I would like a drink , a most pleasant and efficient lady .
