Myself and my husband were served by Matthew, validation code- 240. He was very helpful and nice. He explained the differences between the mattresses to us, he gave us a pillow for testing out the beds we liked. Also he was very kind to our 18 month old daughter, she was playing around, he let her play with his calculator too. He was just overall nice and helpful and made our experience purchasing our bed a whole lot easier and better. He offered us drinks or biscuits aswell.

John was fantastic, his product knowledge was expansive and he showed me a number of available options

john was amazing, spoke to him on the phone earlier and went in later that day, so helpful or so knowledgable and gave me a lovely coffee!!! He was so patient with us as we kept changing our minds, great service will recommend that store to all x

John was very helpful and know just what we were after. He showed us quickly and did not try to 'up sell'. Even though we were only after a cheap single mattress he made us feel like very important customers. Excellent customer service.
