I purchased in Dreams Basildon in 2012 and was very happy so I came back as I moved back to Essex . Matt was very helpful and also Agnes was very sweet . I was given very good service because I was a returning customer and they took very good care of me . Matt who put my order in was really very helpful .

Needed a new bed as my present one is years old and past its sell by date. Staff were very informative about the types of matress, and after trying several, made a shortlist of three, then my final choice from that. Looking forward to receiving my new bed in the next fortnight.
