Very friendly and informative. Gave us as much time as we needed. Offered tea coffee and water. I was very impressed by the service not often you get that standard these days

John (colleague's # 240) was really helpful explaining the mattresses and the firmness / comfort levels. Also how the different type of mattresses vary. Previously we ordered some bed frames and mattresses and when the price went down before we had received delivery he was very happy to help with the price promise and re-worked all the finance paperwork. Outstanding service from him.

Good customer service that wasn't in a hurry to make a sale. John (240) helped us through the types of beds avaliable and explained the differences in materials and prices, then left us to make the decision. The rest of the staff were also very friendly.

As soon as I walked in Agnes immediately offered assistance and although I only needed general guidance she immediately offered me a drink as it was a very warm day. After I had almost left the store, she highlighted a couple of beds which I'd missed, one of which I eventually purchased.....this was after I said I may return the next day as my daughter was in hospital and I'd been running around all day trying to sort out various things due to a change in family circumstances. After she answered my questions on the bed, she ensured that my order went through quickly, again offering me a drink during the order process. All of this was done both professionally but also with a warm demeanour.
