The assistance I received was superb.. nothing was too much trouble, and I was also offered a coffee! All very speedy and satisfactory.

polite and efficient staff who gave good advice and did not push a sale on us. He showed us all there was to offer and let us make informed decision without pressure.

Great staff. Happy for kids to try out the beds (the bed was for them after all) really lovely man interacted well with my daughter. Helped but wasn't pushy

Matt was very attentive and easy to talk to. He was incredibly helpful with pointing out the different options available and providing the pros and cons of the different items I picked out. Nothing was too much trouble for him, even ensuring my young child had a good shopping experience! Matt was very friendly with a good sense of humour!! I dislike shopping but Matt made the experience a great one!! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to family and friends!!

On our first visit we were dealt with by Jason. He was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. When I returned to place the order i was dealt with by Matt who was equally helpful and pleasant. I feel I was given all the information I needed to make the right decision without feeling at all pressurised.

Easy to purchase due to helpful assistant

The store was busy, but your store manager was keeping us updated on when a desk would be available and made a coffee for us whilst we waited. We had sorted out the exact requirements before we sat down so the details were updated swiftly. Staff were very accommodating and all helped each other.

I was using a wheelchair and the assistant was very patient & understanding when it took me a long time to get from the wheelchair to the bed.

needing help and advice on a specialist bed due to surgery on a broken hip we found Agnes very very helpful and sympathetic. We left the store haing purchased the bed, completely happy and satisfied.
