Harry the assistant that dealt with us was very friendly easy to talk to and very imformative, answered all our questions, which helped us decide on the mattress that would be best for us.

Staff were helpful & friendly, didn't push for the expensive products, were happy for me to go away and think about the order, no pressure to buy.

Our server Maria was really approachable, Helpful and supportive. Listened to what we needed, the areas we needed support and demonstrated products that we ended up choosing.

Maria was very attentive and helpful throughout our time in the store with good explanations on all the products we looked out.
