Dreams - New Basildon

Having purchased a new bed a year ago, I find I have been waking every night with pain in my hips, this led to hospital investigation and it seems the very firm mattress I bought could be my problem. Matt asked me to try medium and soft mattress. He also told me its subject to 40 day trial and if not suitable I could exchange it. I am hoping this will be the answer to my sleep broken nights.....thanks Matt for the coffee and your professionalism

I was approached in a timely manner and offered advice as to what what available in the store and how best to navigate the store for what sort of mattress I was looking for. I was also given a different pillow to help with my decision as I usually sleep on my side. This was unexpected but very helpful.

Assistant ask if we require help on entering the shop, said not at this time wish to just look at products, assistant said please ask if you do need help. After looking at the beds satisfied with our choice called on the assistant regarding types of mattress available he explained each type soft, semi soft, hard, very hard, requested we lay on the mattresses to see if they would suit our needs satisfied purchase was made

We were served by Matt in the store. He introduced himself, and gave us some guidance to point us in the right direction, then let us have our time to browse and wasn't pushy at all which was nice then came back to us once we had narrowed our choice down to a couple to give us some final input.

From the moment I walked in the shop - The salesman was incredibly helpful. He told me to try several beds and to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted. He told me that it was important to choose the right bed. He even offered to change it after the purchase it was not what was expected or it 'didn't feel right'. I am happy to say it is now in the room and I am over the moon with it. It is what dreams are made of. Excellent. Thank You.
