As soon as we entered the store and started to look around we was welcomed once we started trying out the beds the manager of the store was there to give advise and help on what we was looking for and he's expert advise gave us peace of mind on what type we wanted to buy. we had no pressure on buying something which was nice because I do not like hard sales, all questions were answered by the manager professionally and we feel very happy with our decision.

We were in the store a short time when John came an asked if we needed help. He pointed out the colour codes on the beds and said to call him if needed. I had pointed out that because of a breathing disability we were looking for a certain type of bed without knowing which. He went away and came back with a supportive pillow which was a great help in choosing our bed. After some time we called him for advice on mix and matching frames to different matresses's. As a result we chose our bed and the rest was plain sailing. We have put off delivery until 27th April for our own reasons but could of had the bed sooner.

I knew what I wanted, there was plenty of choice. I was slightly disappointed that so many items I'd seen on line were not available in store. However, I was happy with the service I received and came away with a product I was satisfied with.
