Dreams - New Basildon

The assistant was very thorough and got us to test out the mattresses, advised us on a type of bed suited for us. I was really surprised just how good the service was, he took his time with us offering hot drinks and I did change my mind a few times on which bed we wanted! Store was lovely and clean and the assistant wasn't pushy as he knew we had a budget which I think is very respectful. I would definitely recommend and already have done so.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who were extremely courteous - a rare thing these days!

Made to feel welcome from walking through the door,had a wander round before someone approached us(Mandy),guided us round some beds after giving some ideas what we wanted then was offered a tea/coffee 😁,had a few more lay downs then decided on a bed mattress and ottoman base.the whole process was a pleasure and the staff made every effort we needed,and got some tempur pillows too.a fantastic service from fantastic staff.

The lady who served us showed us exactly what mattress we was looking for but also showed us a few others to be able to compare, even offered my mum a cup of tea. Lovely stuff and very friendly. Came out of the store extremely satisfied with my purchase and how I was treated.

The sales lady was pleasant happy and very helpful and had a good sense of customer service

Dave was very helpful as soon as we entered the store , explained to us all we needed to know and gave us some very helpful details on what best to buy.

The assistant was friendly and courteous, seemed to know what he was talking about regarding what I needed to get a good, comfortable night's sleep.

The salesman was very knowlegeable and helpfull in all aspects of the selection and purchase, and nothing seemed too much trouble

It would be quicker to say the only thing that was a bit negative. The staff seemed a bit overly keen to help and we are the type of people that like to be left alone until we ask (this sort of thing is very common in these types of shops though so wasn't unexpected!) Overall fine experience though!
