Matt was extremely helpful in assisting us buy a bed for my son. He also helped me keep him amused during the whole shopping experience.

Our shop assistant was very helpful and understanding especially how fussy I am. He made me a drink and whilst he was putting our order through I asked to use the bathroom, nothing was a problem . I felt at home in the shop , very welcoming , we was out to look for a new mattress but ended up buying a temper mattress and its protector in super King with lift up storage base and matching headboard !! We would recommend this shop and we would defiantly shop in there again.

Mandy was extremely helpful in assisting us with choices for children's beds and guest bed options, as well as in choosing a bed frame for ourselves. She was extremely patient with us considering we had 3 children trying to try out all the beds and interrupt us while we worked out just the right bed/mattress combinations to meet our needs.

This was the second time I returned to this store after my mum purchased a mattress in the sale before the new year. She was very happy with it so we decided as we had just moved to treat ourselves to a new bed. We were offered a hot drink while we were looking and the sales assistant, Mandy was very knowledgeable and helpful as this was our first new bed in 20 years! We tried all types of mattresses and her advice was very welcome as I suffer with a bad back. Once we had decided on our bed, the ease of ordering from start to finish was hassle free and she confirmed to us everything she had done so we were in no doubt as to what we were getting. Delivery dates were to our satisfaction and we left there feeling very pleased with ourselves.
