It was a fun and friendly service and not pressured into buying anything.

There was no negative aspect at all to our visit. Mandy (Amanda) came to greet us soon after we began looking at mattresses and immediately proceeded to define the best product for our needs. Working in retail myself it was nice to see someone who was knowledgeable and friendly which can be hard to find a lot of the time. In the end though we left with all the bits we needed and are very happy with it all.

John the assistant was highly professional and helpful, he made our shopping experience delightful.

Backside I explained my preferences for what I wanted to buy and I was given answers to my questions with no fuss and good knowledge.

Code 240, John the sales person was highly knowledgeble, answered all my questions with confidence made me a lovely cup of tea whilst I was testing the bed, advised on all sizes of beds when I asked what size difference was between a double and king size, was very explantive on completeing all the paperwork, and overall i felt at ease and comfortable in the store

I knew what i wanted as i had already done some research. But Mandy, the sales assistant, was extremely helpful and very polite.

Our assistant gave us time to look around without pressurising us. He was near to hand to offer assistance, and to direct us to the particular mattress we were interested in. We explained our requirements, and he confirmed that the mattress we were looking at would be a good choice. He brought pillows to enable us to try the mattress for comfort, and then moved a little way away to give us some privacy.

I was served by Rochele and mat and both helped me with what I wanted. I didn't feel pressured into buying my extra bits and I found them both very helpful and would go back to the store for another mattress.
