Very helpful sales advisor

The salesman was very helpful but not pushy. I'd only gone into the store to show my girlfriend the bed I was considering but the salesman answered my questions with no pressure, and I quickly realised that I might as well place my order with him. He was a credit to your company.

The sales man Jason from basildon very helpful explained which bed was bed he showed us dreams make and also other makes very helpful .

Mandy was very helpful and knowledgeable, and gave us time to think and talk in private without any pressure. We left the store the first time to take it all in and work out which size to go for and returned the following week to make our decision and proceed with the sale with her. The bed was recommended by her as she had bought the same one some time ago and was still very happy with it. It was more than we intended to spend but it just looked and felt so much better quality than others we had seen and tried else where. Looking forward to getting it and hope it lasts as long as previous beds.

We were greeted instantly in a very friendly but non pushy way. After we had browsed a little the sales staff asked if we needed assistance. We were given adequate information to continue our search unhindered. After a little while longer when it was clear we were debating a purchase Mandy came again to us and gave specific information about choices and prices again without being pushy. We were offered refreshments and given plenty of time to make a decision.

Matt and the team were very friendly and helpful during our visit. Helping us to pick a bed to suit our needs and discussing all the options available to us. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience.

The salesman Jason I think his name was. Was extremely helpful in the type of mattress I required. He left us only to get us a cup of tea. Was helpful with how hot or cool a mattress would keep us. Because of this I ordered not just the one for my son but also a new one for myself.
