the store manager was very help, not over the top ,but was there when I need him, great guy if you want a bed, go to a bed store

We went to the store knowing what we wanted to purchase and were met with very friendly, helpful staff. The purchase process was very clear and precise and we were very satisfied with the service we received. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly the order could be processed and even more satisfied that we could choose our delivery date for when it was convenient for us.

The gentleman who helped us (John) was friendly and professional with a good knowledge of the product we were looking for. At the same time he was not at all pushy and let us take our time looking at a range of different beds.

Please note 2 order numbers on the day: 240A011425240A011424 and another today 4/01/17 We went in to have a look for a double mattress in Basildon Dreams. John came forward to assist us and we were happy to buy not only a double but also a king size mattress. John was very knowledgeable about the stock and could not have been more helpful. We returned today to buy a double bed frame and four pillows. We were happy to see that John was there and ordered the frame and bought the pillows. He managed to tie up the bed and mattress orders on one delivery day, which was most convenient for us.
