the Assistant Mandy was very helpful and knowledgeable she even got someone to move a mattress to another base for us to try it which actual sold us the mattress by doing this for us I was even given a cup of coffee whilst looking for a mattress, this made our experance very pleasurable indeed. We were highly satisfied with the help we recieved from the member of staff. We were also pleased with being left to browse a short while before being approached as the store was not particularly busy. We also found it nice to be offered a tea or coffee and found all our questions to be answered.

Very friendly staff .offered coffee. Very knowledgable about products in store. Patient while we chose what we decided was right for us Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

The product I was looking for was in the store and easily accessible. The store assistant was polite and helpful. The store was busy and I had a short wait to be served which wasn't a problem but the assistant was apologetic and thanked me for waiting.
