I was working really hard for years to make my dream come true I was saving my money and working 7days in week to don t have pain in my back I was focused and I did believe in my self Today I m really graefull and happy for this dream turned to reality Thanks for the saler Harrison who made me fell so good and gave me the best product and choice I fell like I m living my dream but in real world and I know in my heart I won t fell in pain again Thanks God first, my faith, my hard work and Dreams who make my dream came true

The two guys that worked in the store were fantastic

Cleanliness of store and covid procedures in place. Availability of a store colleague (Harry) to help us choose our correct mattress. Harry was very knowledgable in terms of what we was looking for.

Second visit - to rearrange order for delivery with different store - once again amazing customer service from the team. It’s a pleasure to visit your stores. Store manager was amazing - so helpful and attentive as was sales consultant Harry. We actually bought another mattress. Excellent personable staff. Great attention to detail and fabulous customer service.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and very helpful offering good advice and assistance. Harry was very helpful in assisting us and taking our order. We was only going in to look around but Harty helped us out so much we found a great bed and mattress combination.

Maria was very informative about the mattresses, courteous and offered water which was appreciated as it was a hot day. We weren’t rushed and I tried the simulator which made recommendations. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I was served by Maria and she was extremely helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. I explained what kind of bed frame I was looking for to which she instantly knew which kind and helped me choose. I then explained I would need a new mattress and also mentioned that I had issues with my spine, so she showed me the sleep simulator and talked me through the process. Once that was completed she showed me all the recommended mattresses and gave me all the details for each one. She was extremely helpful and I got to order everything quickly!

Review process for best fit mattress was excellent. Staff were very patient, understood our needs and provided examples which enabled our decision.
