Matt at Dreams Westgate let us pursue ourselves for a bit, then approached us whilst we were testing a bed and gave us a pillow to try with it. He listened to what our needs were and showed us a variety of options that were in the price range that was similar to the one we initially tried out. We went back later the same day and purchased matters and 3 air spring pillows, mattress protector and insurance. He had excellent product knowledge and customer service!

The sales assistant was very helpful but not pushy and left me alone whilst I made my decision about whether to buy or not.

store nicely laid out & the sales person was very friendly and helpful, my single bed of choice having seen it online was not in store but in stock at the warehouse, I was able to view the double. and ordered the single for delivery the following week. very happy and will shop there again.

We were rather apprehensive about selecting a new mattress. However, as soon as we entered the store at Pipps Hill, Basildon we were greeted by friendly and extremely helpful staff. There was no pressure put on us to buy, but we were guided through the process of selection with courtesy and consideration. Rather than being an intimidating experience this was an extremely pleasant on. All the staff we met were helpful, but especially Matthew.
