Dreams - New Basildon

I returned to the Dreams store has have used before. I was seen by an assistant very quickly and he listened to my requirements and then showed me a range of mattresses matching my requirements and also advised on the differences in the two I liked. This helped me to decide on my choice, the ordering process was quick and efficient and the assistant was very helpful throughout. I also liked the stores recycle option to remove my present mattress which was a great help as they are not the easiest things to maneuver.

Range of products available, clarity of marking (ie colour code for type of mattress, comfort levels etc), but also availability and knowledge of staff

Dreams College, John, helped a lot given me explanation about the product, and he was very helpful given all attention.

the bed we was looking for was not in store that was because we had seen it on line and was told by the salesman that some beds were only avaible on line not in store he asked what was we looking for and we explained we wanted a firm king size bed he then showed us some beds and a showroom clearance model I have to say the salesman was very good and after he gave us some money off we agreed to buy it

Didn't have to wait for assistance but no pushiness or pressure After assisting with product information (and a pillow) we were left to peruse by ourselves. But he was immediately available once a decision was reached. Offering beverages is a nice touch.

Matt was very friendly and helpful. He guided us through the products and new what he was talking about.
