The assistant (Matthew) was upmost pleasant very helpful and friendly we could not of asked for a nicer person to assist us

We were welcomed into the store at opening time and straight away found a bed we liked, I suffer from a bad back and Matt in store was really helpful in picking a good mattress and pillow to help ease the pain

As we entered the store 'John' approached us with a smile & friendly face & offered us help & information on products, we told him what we were looking for, he showed us where to look & left us to look around & test the matresses, offering us a coffee or tea whilst we look! We found & tested the matress (which we went on to order!) John assured us we had made a good choice especially as this product was in the half price sale!! We sat down with John made our order & payment! It was overall a pleasurable experience, there was no pressure to buy just helpful guidance & information. Will recommend Dreams.

Good product knowledge not encouraged to buy the most expensive, good choice of products, didn't feel rushed at all to make an on the spot decision

It was an early morning visit so we were lucky there were no other customers. The assistant was extremely polite, gave us space to walk and look but was quick to be available when we had questions to ask. He also encouraged us to try as many mattresses as we wanted so we could make a proper judgement. He was patient and took time to explain finance options. As O.A.Ps we haven't got money to throw away but I feel confident about the advice we were given. He seemed knowledgeable about the product he was selling and as he had been the company for some years I presume he was a valued member of the company.

Impressed with salesman who know what he was talking about , only time will tell when we get our bed
