I was served by Tina who could not have been more helpfull she gave me all the information I wanted.also the manager gave assistance when needed. I would certainly go to Dreams again

Was offered assistance as soon as we required without being too pushy. Sales assistant knew exactly what was required and what he was talking about. Offered alternatives and help with what we needed. Good advice. Friendliness and great assisting my 12 year old son for who we were shopping for. Overall exactly what was needed, super service!

I needed a new bed as had broken my hip . I needed a higher firmer bed . The lady I dealt with was very helpful, answered my questions efficiently, was very knowledgeable about the products in your shop . She was able to explain the difference between the mattresses. The gentleman in the shop pushed me round the shop n my wheel chair to look at your products and made us a cup of tea. I would like to say that particularly Amanda (Mandy) is a real credit to your organisation and promotes your products in a most knowledgeable but sensitive way . You were able to deliver this new bed before I go home Excellent
