Dreams - New Basildon

Before I got this survey I was planning on contacting head office to comment of the excellent customer service that I experienced, the man serving me was very accommodating polite and helpful. His other colleagues were friendly and polite too. The guy knew his stuff and was very helpful, infact I had been to other bed shops and this one was by far the best. Felt really comfortable there and was let to make my own decision with out any pressure of having to buy the most expensive. Was a truly delightful experience and I will and already have recommended friends and family to this store. The guy who served me is a credit to your company.

Very Helpful assistance from representative, with lots of knowledge and advice

We had already looked at similar products in John Lewis and the products offered by Dreams were of equal quality made in the UK at a competitive price. The assistant spent some time explaining the range and the quality of the locally sourced natural fibres.

When entering the store the rep came asked if we needed assistance we said what we wanted he was very helpful, we were pleased so we bought a memory foam matres tried and satisfied yours Mr k twigg.

The man who advised us was very helpful. He demonstrated the differences of the beds that we looked at, he at no time rushed or pressured us. It was a very enjoyable experience at the end of a very difficult day.

From the moment we walked into your store in Basildon we were greeted by a gentleman named Matthew. He was very helpful and informative about your products.

Your salesman Kingsley was extremely professional and knowledgable. He was helpful to us, without being 'pushy' or 'arrogant'. He even made us a very welcome cup of tea. In short he came across in a very genuine manner.

This store (Basildon) was clean. bright and well stocked. These was a good choice of beds, mattresses and headboards and the sales assistant - Mandy - was really helpful, not too pushy and very knowledgeable about products and prices. It wasn't cheap but it's good quality and we expect it to last for years, so probably worth it.
