Store wasn't busy so I was offered help straight away, he listened to what I wanted and showed me relevant products... Good product knowledge and Easy check on availability. All round quick and easy way to spend a lot of money !!!,

The staff were very friendly, helpful and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us a cup of tea whilst doing business.

I called into the Basildon Store near to closing time as I couldnt get there any earlier and the assistance and patience from Matt is why I decided I would return to place the order for my mattress, as nothing was a problem and even though he was late leaving as I was undecided he did not let this affect his professionalism and patience.

The reason for our high score is because Tina was so helpful and knowledgeable that it made our shopping experience much more pleasant

This was our first time shopping at Dreams. We were shopping for a mattress. I love the colour coding of the different type of mattress this made the dicision making much easier. The assistant was friendly and knowledgable but not pushy. We were given the information we needed and allowed to test as many mattresses and pillows as we liked and then we were left alone to talk and make a decision. Delivery was organised for within the week which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we will definatly be shopping at dreams again.
