Matt was very very helpful. He gave us time to try the beds properly and explained how our spine and shoulders should be. There was no rush and he made sure we were making the right choice. Very friendly and very helpful. He also explained as one of us preferred the medium memory foam and one the soft, that if we found it uncomfortable we had 5 weeks to change it if we needed to but said we most probably wouldn't. Which also made the decision easy. Very very happy.

Matthew the sales rep was very helpful. He could answer all our questions and in a manner that we could understand. He made us very welcome and did not mind us asking so many questions. Matthew did not pressure us into making the decision about buying the bed ,he made us very comfortable. I wish all sales reps are like matthew and let us make the decision on our own and in our own time.

Matt was really good. I already knew what I wanted but he was very helpful when dealing with the mattress and pillows.

we were approached by John within a few minutes of walking into the store. Excellent service given and he steered us in the right direction for our requirements. On leaving the store my partner remarked on the excellent customer service and product knowledge given by John which succeeded in our purchasing a matress and duvet.

I met Tina customer service assistant and kingsley Manager at the store. I was received with a warm welcome everthing was explained to my knowledge and understanding. they have a very bubble personality. very good sense of humour. I really enjoyed shopping at the dreams. it was spot on excellent. pleased to recommend a friend to come and shop, kind regards.
