Dreams - New Basildon

We were served By Kingsley in the Basildon store. He was friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Made the whole process far more enjoyable and easier.

We found the sales assistant Matthew extremely helpful from the minute we walked in to the Basildon store, he was very understanding of our needs and assisted us to buy the perfect beds for both of our daughters. He was very friendly and also built an instant rapport with our little girl which made our shopping experience a lot less stressful.

Matt was very honest and knew his products and listened to what I wanted. He didn't rush me and took the time to explain everything. Very satisfied.

Although we were late arriving at the Basildon Store we were met with a bright hello and would you like a cup of tea. Although we were sure we knew what we had intended to buy the Salesman Matthew indicated another option which was actually far better for our needs. Matthew left us to discuss the decision between ourselves but was on hand to show us the ease the sofa bed opened and closed and the additional storage which we hadn't noticed. By the time we were ready to sign the relevant documents it was past opening hours but at no time did Matthew seem to be in a rush or put out by us staying over the stores opening times. He was polite, funny and interested in our requirements.

Matthew, the salesman, was extremely helpful. He offered us a cup of tea on arrival which I have to say is superb customer service. We also arrived late only 25 mins before closing but at no stage did he make us feel uncomfortable about keeping him late.

The different types of mattress were explained in depth. We were left to try out the beds at our own leisure but our salesman matt was always nearby if we had questions. We were given pillows so we could try the beds exactly and we're even offered tea and coffee. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable

The salesman was very quick , I told him what I was looking for , he was very informative with the mattress and what I required for my son I have only users dreams to buy my beds , hope when it comes it's fitted correctly and it's good quality that I expect .
