Exactly what I wanted, short wait before delivery

I was greeted as I walked through the door, I told the assistant what I was looking for and she was able to assist me straight away. I was able to try out the beds, she offered suggestions and advice, I was given a cup of coffee. I felt I was being served more by a friend that by an assistant. I did not feel pressurised in any way, she fully explained about the bed and mattress I chose, even giving me some history of the company which I found fascinating and as it was all British, helped to "seal the deal" I have to say that when spending a large amount of money you need to feel confident in that you are doing the right thing, and when she told me of the 40 night comfort exchange, I knew buying this bed was the right thing to do. Excellent service and I can certainly recommend the Basildon store.

There was no rushing to get my order. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and provided good unbiased advice and support in making our selection. I left the store feeling I had received excellent non pressured service.
