We were served by Matthew who was knowledgable about the beds...gave a much assistance as we needed and made the visit a satisfying and enjoyable visit. All staff were very pleasant.

The staff were very friendly on our arrival. We felt that we were given the assistance we needed without feeling harrassed or pressured as we have felt in other stores. Staff (Matt's) help was welcomed and explained fully all our mattress choices so we could make the best choice for our needs. We would definitely return when we need to purchase our pillows and thank the store for their help.

Arrived at the store was contacted immediately by an assistant who asked many relevant questions. Once they were aware of the answers picked a couple of choices for me and their first choice was spot on. A situation like picking a bed could have been daunting but with an assistant who asked inportant questions took, for me, the hassle out of my search.

The member of staff that dealt with us was extremely helpful and also left us to browse at our own speed. We ended up with a really good deal on our mattress making everything even more value for money than it already was. Overall it was you sales staff that made the experience but the mattress and pillow we got are great quality as well.

I was greeted as I entered the store and offered a mug of coffee which was most welcome. The salesman, John, was most helpful and explained the different options and prices. Further information was readily provided by whom I believe to have been the manager. There was never any pressure or sway towards the more expensive of mattresses. I did in fact opt for a mid range mattress.

We had looked online before shopping and a an assistant approached us soon after entering the store offering help. She was knowledgeable and very helpful, offering advice when we asked for it but also giving us time to make our own decision.
