Dreams - New Basildon

We were not pestered by the staff when we entered the store but help was readily available when we needed it. Options were explained clearly and we were very pleased with the quality of the items . I am certain we will purchase items from you again.

The only thing I found dissatisfying was price, but that's just tough luck on my part and having to wait a couple of weeks for delivery, in an ideal world I would have liked it delivered that day or the day after.

The staff were informative but left us to browse before making a decision. Although we still think that beds and mattresses are over priced we believe that this was the deal after visiting other shops.

We were asked what our requirements were and shown various alternatves.and were encouraged to try the various mattresses.At no stage were we co-erced into making a decision.

John an employee there helped us purchase a bed, this being our first purchase of a bed, he helped us understand everything there is to know about the beds in the store and being very personable

I needed advice and guidance to assist me with my purchase, and I was most grateful for the patience, friendliness, professionalism and product knowledge provided by Lee, who was quick and happy to provide the assistance which I was hoping for. I was also impressed by the wide range of products which were available.

Entering the store we were approached almost immediately by a friendly member of staff who explained the layout of the store, asked if we needed assistance and then left us to browse. When we chose the bed she then explained the make up of the bed. We were then offered tea or coffee whilst we placed our order. Everything was done with professional efficiency.

becuase the prices were great for the beds i was seeing also all the products looked in top condstion and i would recomand to all my friends and family to go to this places the staff are friendly and nice and were excenllent help during are vist

Met by Tina who offered immediate assistance which we were pleased to accept - shown all options available complete with knowledgeable information and prices. Tina works in a light-hearted manner, a smile on her face, and made the whole experience a pleasure.- nothing was too much trouble. This attitude of happy banter seemed to radiate throughout the shop, from the Manager downwards, making the "Dreams" experience something to be enjoyed. If my new bed is as comfortable as the treatment we received today I shall be well happy. Well done to All!!
