the store has a very pleasant, spacious feel which makes shopping very relaxing. The Assistant who served us was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. She dealt with our order in an extremely comprehensive way explaining everything we needed to know. The whole experience was a pleassure.

matt was very helpful with assisting us to choose our mattress, explained everything and answered all our questions. I liked how I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. Matt even found things for my children to do to keep them occupied whilst we done the paper work. Mattress hasn't arrived yet but sure I will be having a great nights sleep when it does.

On arrival to the store I was asked if I needed assistance. I asked a couple of questions that were answered to my satisfaction. I decided to make my purchase where I was taken over to Mandy to place my order. I was offered a seat and a coffee. The ordering was very quick. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Greeted by Matt Cartwright who was very polite and helpful from the moment we stepped in the store, we was treated with a high standard not just another customer. We would definitely recommend Dreams to all our friends and family.

Mandy was very helpful and greeted us within minutes of being in the store. She was not pushy,and even made us a drink whilst giving us time to think about our decision whilst in store.Mandys knowledge and friendliness made us feel comfortable making our large purchase which we hadn't really set out to make that day. We found the other members of staff quite friendly aswell.
