Dreams - New Basildon

On arrival at the store we were approached by Tina, she asked if she could help we said we were just looking at the moment. She stated that she was there if we required help. We was not hassled by the staff which I like, when we required help Tina was there to assist and explain. I found her knowledge to be very good on all the products we asked her on and she was more then willing to stay and help us to find the right mattress for us. She even offered and supplied a cup of coffee for us. Being ex military I asked if the store did a Veterans discount, which you did.( She took the trouble to find this out). All in all we found the visit to the store to be very pleasant.

I visited the store with my daughter and son-in-law so that they could purchase a new bed. Unfortunately, they did not find what they were looking for, however I found a mattress that was extremely comfortable and suited my needs perfectly.

The assistant was very polite and helpful. He also seemed to know what he was talking about and was able to explain and answer all our questions regarding the bed we were after. Overall I was very satisfied with all aspects of the staff and store.

The colleague (Matt) spend plenty of time making sure the mattress was right for our daughter, instead of trying to sell the most expensive one. He was really friendly and helpful and was genuinely grateful for our custom. It took 5 minutes to order which was very quick.
