John the sales assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The whole experience was quick and easy with delivery being arranged in a reasonable time frame.

John was the assistant that helped with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the product & advised greatly on the matttress. The bed & mattress are being de!ivered swiftly. All in all a very painless experience & especially impressed with the 40 night exchange guarantee if not happy with the mattress. Will definitely be recommending if any of my friends mention they are looking to buy a new bed.

There was a sale on in the store, that ended that day,it was 5 0 clock in the evening and I telephoned the store , the assistant said she would stay on for1/2 hour while I got to the store to buy the goods I had seen earlier that day. spot on customer service
