The assistant, Lee, was very pleasant and helpful and we weren't sitting around for ages after we decided to buy - nice and quick.

The staff were extremely helpful and offered some great advice when we were trying to find the correct mattress for us. They gave us time to discuss and offered us refreshments while we talked. Really easy, stress free experience.

I was highly satisfied because the questions I asked were answered and explained to me didn't feel pressured in to buying the bed the staff were very helpful.

The assistant called Lee was great. Very patient with me as it was my first time of buying a bed and mattress. He gave me time to try the numerous beds till I chose my final 2. Great professionally and also comical appropriately.

The service from the staff , especially Helena, was excellent, knew their products and offered up good advice especially as my wife could not make her mind up which bed to choose.

Mandy seemed very knowledgable and helpful then left us alone to decide which mattress we wanted.

I was seen very quickly by a member of staff. He listened to me and understood what I need and then give me a range of options to look at and give me the time to look and try these options before making a choice. He was not pushy at all and was very understanding and knowledgeable.. He then went through all the details when I made my purchase the terms and conditions and advised me of other benefits that I could have (ie the guarantee). I felt the prices was very competitive and the sales man id all he could to keep the cost down why still giving me a quality product. He again always give me an option not just showing me the cheapest or the most expensive. He would show me a range of products at different quality and price. He was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable and again his knowledge of your products made me fell very confidant in want I was buying and what the adviser was saying.. I am 38 years old and this is only the second bed I have bought. The first one was purchased by my partner so I had very little input in that. So when I entered the store I did not quite know what to expect or do but the adviser made it all so easy...

The sale representative was very knowledgeable and experienced,
