The staff member made us feel comfortable and helped us by explaining the best way to choose what we needed, without being pushy

I had been nervous about making such a big decision which was so important and relatively costly, given my circumstances, so my daughter came with me. The shop was laid out in a way that made it easy to push a double pram about to look at all beds and the staff made us welcome and comfortable despite being accompanied by one toddler and twin babies. After trying various mattresses I expressed my worries about making a wrong decision, but I was assured by Lee that if my choice wasn't satisfactory to my needs and my comfort, I could exchange the bed for another. Lee answered every question knowledgeably and with a supportive attitude. He quickly understood my preferences and requirements and helped me look at the right products. He seemed to know which bed I would choose, and I was pleased that he had directed me to the Chantilly. We were offered refreshments as well as all the help we needed to make a decision. I was especially pleased to hear that my old bed and mattress could be collected - disposal of my old bed was something else I had been worrying about; and that I had 9 months in which to pay. A very positive experience. As my daughter said - You can't fault them.
